  • Condition of Items: Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached (if applicable).
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • Final Sale Items: Clearance, sale, or promotional items may not be eligible for return, depending on the vendor.
